Moses is the Commercial & Technical Director of Wave Length Integrated Power Services, and founder of Depoint Global Engineering Services Ltd. Moses holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Telecommunications engineering from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria. Moses started his early career with Bouygues Nigeria Ltd as a project manager. He was responsible as a project manager for the Gas liquefaction project Bonny NLNG with Implementation of the automation programming of HVAC system, Configuring the fire detection system and the Power substations Fire suppression devices, Configuring the fire detection system with the NLNG safety process flow within the control room, Technical support services (NLNG) for guarantee period. He proceeded to France to work with Clemessy Ltd, Clemessy S.A Mulhouse, France, where his duties was overseeing of all operations at the main substation and automated control room, offering technical assistance for the smooth operation of the plant, design and implementation of in house Spare part management system( using MS Access), design and implementation of method statements for safe operations in the plant, enforcing compliance to Locking procedures for all maintenance operations. He relocated to Nigeria to join LYSA Nigeria as a Project Manager working on Eko Electricity Distribution Company projects where he coordinated the deployment of prepayment meters, front lined the smooth transition of vending systems from OFF line to On-line, design Procedures for post installation management processes, design and implemented the coordination of technical support services at ALL business centres He participated in the successful launching of the third party system for ON line vending channels, design control and auditing procedures for the massive deployment of meters, conceptualized customized reports for business intelligence purposes, Coordinated the implementation of statistical metering (Energy Auditing Solutions). He is an exceptional engineer with first class knowledge of engineering and system integration.

He utilize keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Ken has superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex (sales, human resources, legal, financial, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance. He is experienced in planning start-up business in developing countries and able to manage and maintain excellent relationships with highest levels of federal, state, and local government. Similar success with peers in enterprise businesses across various segments. Ken moved to Nigeria working with Microsoft as a developer platform evangelism/ education lead for Nigeria & Ghana. Kuzayet is the Executive Director Business Development & Operations at Wave Length Integrated Power Services where he is responsible for seeking out new business opportunities for the company and managing the entire operations of the company. He has a Bachelor's of Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Hertfordshire Hatfield, United Kingdom with specialization in Digital communications and Electronics, he also has a Masters of Science in Engineering Management with specialization in Engineering and Technology management from George Washington University in Washington DC, USA. Kuzayet has held several engineering management positions with vast experience in engineering & management one of which he served as a project manager with Exxon Mobil in the Information technology (EMIT) department. He was responsible for managing and delivering Infrastructure service projects and small work items to meet the business needs using the EMIT project management tools, he helped identify new projects for the organisation. He also sits on board as director at LGS farms and Kuyet Nigeria Limited an Engineering company who are contractors to some of the leading telecommunication service providers where he held the position as the Chief Operating Officer prior to joining ExxonMobil. He holds a BSC in Economics & Politics (UNI LAG), and MBA from Emory, Atlanta Georgia, USA. He worked as a major account rep with AT&T for quite a long time and later joined Comcast in Chicago USA.
She has gained about 20 years of knowledge and experience in nance and management in Banking (United Bank for Africa), Aviation (Aviation Development Company Ltd) and Engineering (Kuyet Nigeria ltd). Folasade is an MBA Finance holder, an associate of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), and Business Community Professional (ABCP) with Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI).
